What are the pieces made from?
Hand-knotted cotton cord, dried wheat ears and a natural wooden hanging rod. Each piece includes its rod and hanging cord; wall fixings are not included.
How do I choose a size?
Dimensions show width × total height, including fringe and excluding the hanging cord. Select one of the two sizes on the product page.
How do I care for my piece?
Follow the product-specific care instructions. Use gentle dry dusting; do not soak the wheat. Keep natural fibers away from moisture.
Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes are not supported.
When does handling begin?
After 07:00PM fixed GMT−06:00, or on weekends and US federal holidays, handling begins the next business day. The cutoff does not change with daylight saving time.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee. Contact support with your order number and reason before returning it. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we pay for our error, damaged, defective or incorrect items.
When will an approved refund arrive?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How do I check payment or order status?
